“We have had the pleasure of having Elaine work on our new home for a year and a half now and can not speak highly enough about her professionalism, the quality of her designs, and her relentless pursuit of our satisfaction. Working with LFL is unique… different from working with any other designer I have found because Elaine has the ability to source treasures through her ownership of the store.

Some of my favorite pieces are ones she had in her store on consignment and we made them fabulous for our home. In addition her partnerships with multiple furniture companies give us access to the best of brands from Bernhardt, Worlds Away to Uttermost and so many others.

I have enjoyed collaborating together with her on ideas and strategy for each project she has taken on and she has welcomed my input which fosters a most enjoyable working relationship. Elaine has been able to work with some of the current pieces we have and re-upholster them to give new life to perfectly good furniture pieces. This eye for quality and opportunity to re-use is a special talent Elaine carries. I especially like that she tries to use what we have, knowing the more we can leverage and utilize them, the easier it is to make bigger decisions on large pieces.

We have solely used LFL for three projects in our home and each time our expectations have been exceeded. Our first project was building dream bedrooms for our then four year old twins and a fabulous lounge space for them connecting the two rooms. The project turned out to be an absolute showcase! I was most impressed that Elaine choose to actually interview our children early on in the process because she KNEW AND HEARD me say this is FOR THEM, so she knew her end client was a little almost 4 year old girl and boy. They were so excited to have a voice and be heard of what they loved most and wanted for their “forever bedrooms”. Watching Elaine interact with our children and make them feel so special and important won me over. Then watching her sharp eye on the budget as well as capture an incredible look and feel for a modern coastal vibe, I knew I wanted to have her work on the rest of our home one project at a time.

In the end, our family was blessed with an invaluable relationship that has been built on trust and respect. It’s a joy to give her our business for she has earned our loyalty!”
